DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS: All new clients will be required to pay a $50 Non-Refundable booking fee  to secure their appointment, this will be deducted from your services on the day. ( if you fail to attend your appointment or give less than 24 hours notice the $50 booking fee will not be refunded or transferable to another date)

Large appointment sessions (longer than 4 hours) may also require a deposit up to 50% of services quoted.

CANCELLATION: We will send a courtesy text message reminder, for all appointments minimum 3 days prior and we ask that you reply no later than 48 hours before your appointment.

If you don’t reply to confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment within this time, we may need cancel your booking, to offer it to others on our waitlist.

If you do need to cancel or reschedule outside the 48hours prior to your appointment we are happy to do this for you just give us a call If you have given less than 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment or if you fail to attend a booking we will require you to pay a booking fee to secure your next appointment.
