I wanted to email you and extend my appreciation for the amazing
service and friendly atmosphere of your salon. I am currently on
holidays here in Townsville (from San Francisco) and will be moving
out this way after Easter. I was in need of a haircut and wanted a
change (my hair was quite long) and obviously being an out-of-towner,
didn't know of any salons in the area. I found your website online and
thought I would give it a shot.
I never thought that I would be so fortunate to have chosen, by luck,
such an incredibly professional and friendly salon which I now know
will definitely be 'my' salon once I move here in April.
The girls were unbelievably nice and friendly and so knowledgeable.
They listened very closely to what I wanted and even more importantly,
I felt they UNDERSTOOD what I wanted...something I haven't experienced too
often when getting a haircut let alone when trying a new place for the first time.
Charlene cut my hair from my long layered style (middle of my back) to
an exact copy of a photo I brought in of the short trendy Nicole
Richie bob. I absolutely LOVE it!!! She made me feel completely at
ease and was very easy to make conversation with.
Nikkie (and Cassie finished) performed a treatment on my hair that has
left it softer and shinier than I ever thought my hair could be. Both
girls were very friendly and I appreciated how they explained what
they were doing, what products they were using, and what each product
was supposed to do for my hair.
I have never left a hair salon so happy, feeling appreciated and
actually excited for my next appointment. Thank you so much for such
amazing service, and please pass on my appreciation to your staff.
I was also wondering- Charlene and Nikki took before and after photos
of my hair 'transformation' and if possible, I would love copies. If
you can, would you be able to email them to me.
